Meredith Wilson

Founder, Coach

 

Meredith and her husband have two children. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and then moved to California at an early age. Meredith has traveled around the world while experiencing many different cultures and aspects of missionary life. She attended Seattle Pacific University and then transferred to Azusa Pacific University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Christian Education. She then earned a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling and has been a Certified ICF Coach.
Meredith’s background in Counseling provides her with a depth of experience that compliments her coaching training. She sees coaching as an opportunity to help others in very practical and effective ways that resembles more a ministry than a practice. Meredith is passionate about helping others unlock and achieve their true potential.

 

Caroline Watts

Founder, Coach

 

Caroline has been an ICF certified life coach and has been coaching men and women from all walks of life for the last six years. Her passion is to see individuals grow and understand their value in this world.  She has a degree in Communications from Oregon State University. In addition to spending time with her husband and three boys, Caroline likes to garden, cook, and travel. She also owns and manages a successful travel agency specializing in international travel and accommodations for large church groups and mission agencies.

Caroline is a gifted communicator and educator. Her depth of character and passion to encourage and help others combine beautifully to provide a unique insight that naturally draws out hidden talents and abilities we often don’t realize we have! Her wit and charisma leave you eager to discover more.

Linda Miller, MCC

Master Coach

 

Since 2000, Linda Miller has served as the Global Liaison for Coaching at The Ken Blanchard Companies. In this role, Linda has coached and trained leaders from Europe, Asia, Central and South America. In addition, she is known for her ability to communicate what coaching is and how it can be applied in organizations.

Linda has been an active member of the International Coach Federation in 1996 and is a founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach designation. She and Madeleine Blanchard are coauthors of Coaching in Organizations: Best Coaching Practices from The Ken Blanchard Companies. In addition, she is coauthor of two core programs for the Ken Blanchard Companies: Coaching Essentials, a skills-based coach training program that is being used in organizations around the world and Management Essentials, using concepts from The New One Minute Manager to help managers become more effective.

During the 2008,  2010 and 2012 election cycles, Linda moderated political debates at the legislative level throughout Arizona.  In 2009, she was awarded an honorary doctorate recognizing her contributions to the field of coaching. 

Bob Dorsey

Coach & Counselor

 

Bob has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Western Seminary in Portland, OR. He is an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor (C1488) and a National Certified Counselor (54752) who is pursuing certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist.

A former pastor, Bob has spent the last 20 years helping couples and individuals navigate life’s journey. He is a police chaplain with training in trauma, critical incident stress management, and grief. Bob has helped over 650 couples in preparation for marriage and countless other couples as they learn to grow together in marriage. He is a trained Life Coach and is pursuing certification with the International Coach Federation. Bob has been an Adjunct Professor in counseling at Western Seminary and teaches numerous classes on coaching, marriage and relationships nationally and internationally (Sudan, Thailand and Ukraine). He is a Certified Dave Ramsey Financial Counselor who has helped over 1,600 people find freedom with their finances. He has spent the last 15 years involved with short-term missions teams domestically and internationally.

Lauree Austin

Coach & Consultant

 

Lauree believes that no leader, manager, director, supervisor or front-line employee shows up to work wanting to fail. She coaches and consults to help leaders with models, techniques and skills to be successful. Many times it comes down to creating space and clarity, and then thoughtfully designing solutions for a company to successfully value their most important resource: their people! She dedicates herself to learn her client’s needs, their industry and unique style to see powerful results in their success.

Lauree has extensive intercultural knowledge and skills through years of working and living overseas in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Ireland, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Canada, Honduras and El Salvador. Her experiences have helped her create successful programs and strategies for clients with global reach and cross-cultural teams.

Lauree loves each opportunity to work with individual coaching clients for their own personal development and cherishes the celebrations along the way!
